REVIVE Winter Camp is a weekend where students gather to worship God, study His Word, meet in small groups, share meals, play games, and make some great memories togetherOur theme for camp this year will be “Follow Me.” We will be diving into the heart of the Gospel of Mark to heed Christ’s call to follow after Him. Denying one’s self and carrying one’s cross are antithetical to the teenage way of life. Teenagers today have so much done for them and so many lies told to them that it is rare to find Christian youths even in the church who truly surrender all to follow Jesus. The church desperately needs a generation of young men and women who know and love the Jesus of the Bible and who are are willing to commit their lives to His kingdom, for His glory.

We are excited to have Cody Jenison as our speaker this year. Cody was born in Lancaster in 1988, attending Valley Bible Church from the beginning of his life. Growing up, he enjoyed playing soccer with his two older brothers, Kyle and Casey. It was through the faithful living of his parents and brothers that he was drawn to serve Christ as his Lord.

As God increased his interest in the bible, Cody graduated from The Master's University in 2010 with a degree in Biblical Exposition. After graduating from TMU, Cody taught New Testament and Theology at Desert Christian High School for three years. Recently, Cody graduated from The Master's Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in December 2017. Cody now serves as the teaching pastor at Valley Bible Church in addition to providing oversight to the College and Missions Ministries.

Whenever he has free time, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their two sons, Cyrus and Cohen.
